Last weekend, while sitting in a hotel room in Portland, Mark & I watched an episode of a show called “Undercover Boss”.  As it is the only episode I have ever seen, I have no idea if it is normally this good.  The premise of the show is that a boss (CEO, President, owner…) goes into a business and spies.  This particular episode the CEO of Baja Fresh went into a couple of the stores around the country.  The stores were told that two guys were in a contest, and that only one could be hired to work at that store when the contest was over.  Almost all the store owners were immigrants from other countries.  All of them had strong family and moral values, as well as wonderful work ethics.  It was refreshing to see.  The CEO is a Christian, and actually got the opportunity to pray with one employee who was a young man from the Philippians.  He was about 17, and was sole supporter of his Mom and siblings.  Anyway, the entire show blessed me.  What a pleasant surprise to find something worth watching on T.V.
